Our Chairman’s Pavilion and preferred caterer for 2019 is Catered Southern Events – see details below. If you need catering and/or event planning for your private tent, please contact the list of approved caterers below. All listed caterers will be able to handle the details for your party.

Please contact us if you would like to apply to be a caterer for the April 6, 2019 event. All approved caterers must first register with Bartow County by contacting Lynn Gayton, CFM at 770-387-5008 for the application, supply the necessary permits, proof of liability insurance and pay the appropriate fees. Once the application is complete with Bartow County, your catering company will be added to this page.
